With the aim of further establishing the SECURIX brand in the DACH region and accelerating the company’s growth strategy, SECURIX AG and SECURIX Deutschland GmbH will become part of Allurity, a growing European group of tech-enabled cybersecurity service providers, comprised of best-in-class experts with a common mission to enable a safe digital world.

SECURIX further strengthens Allurity pan-European presence and supports the vision to become the preferred partner for tech-enabled cybersecurity services in Europe. The collaboration with Allurity will provide SECURIX with the opportunity to leverage synergies in the areas of IAM, observability, and IT security to better support and serve our customers. The acquisition will accelerate and strengthen SECURIX’s execution of its strategy in its key business areas.
