Cloudcomputing acquires Innovate
Cloudcomputing, part of the European cybersecurity group Allurity, has acquired Innovate IT Ltd, a UK-based specialist with over 20 years of experience in identity, access management (IAM) and cloud security.
The acquisition represents a significant step in Cloudcomputing’s continued growth and strengthens its position as a leading identity specialist in Europe.
Expanding Cloudcomputing’s identity offering
With the addition of Innovate IT, Cloudcomputing further expands its capabilities across the full identity lifecycle – from strategy and assessment to implementation, optimisation and managed services.
Innovate IT brings deep expertise within IAM, cloud security and the Okta ecosystem, complementing Cloudcomputing’s existing strengths and enhancing its ability to deliver end-to-end identity solutions.
The acquisition also supports Cloudcomputing’s strategic focus on Identity, Governance & Trust for AI, strengthening its capabilities to support organisations in managing identity in increasingly automated and AI-driven environments.
Delivering stronger outcomes for clients
For clients, this means:
- Greater consistency across the identity lifecycle
- Stronger identity governance and access control
- Improved joiner–mover–leaver processes
- Enhanced optimisation, monitoring and support of IAM environments
- Closer alignment with compliance, audit and operational requirements
- By combining Cloudcomputing’s platform and delivery strength with Innovate IT’s deep specialist expertise, the offering becomes both broader and more operationally robust.
Founded in 2010, Cloudcomputing has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner within modern identity, mobility and security. With more than 600 projects delivered, 10 million identities managed and operations across 70 territories, the company continues to scale its capabilities in line with client demand.
The addition of Innovate IT reflects a clear ambition: to provide clients with deeper expertise, stronger delivery continuity and greater long-term value from their identity investments.
Part of a broader European platform
As part of Allurity, Cloudcomputing combines its specialist expertise with the strength of a wider European cybersecurity group. This allows the company to scale its capabilities while maintaining its focus on high-quality delivery and close client relationships.
With this acquisition, Allurity continues to grow towards 800 experts across the group, further strengthening its position as a leading European cybersecurity partner.
