Aiuken strengthens industrial cybersecurity capabilities with acquisition of 4Elitech
Aiuken Cybersecurity, part of Allurity, has acquired 4Elitech, a Spanish specialist in industrial cybersecurity and critical infrastructure. The acquisition strengthens Aiuken’s capabilities in operational technology (OT) security while adding further specialist expertise to Allurity’s growing European cybersecurity offering.
Industrial environments and critical infrastructure are becoming an increasingly important part of the cybersecurity landscape. The addition of 4Elitech brings deep expertise in protecting OT environments, including SCADA systems, DCS and industrial networks, as well as experience supporting organisations with IEC 62443 and NIS2 requirements.
Founded more than a decade ago, 4Elitech works with organisations across sectors including energy, utilities, manufacturing and chemicals. The company has built a strong position in industrial cybersecurity and brings more than 20 additional specialised engineers to Aiuken, while extending its geographical coverage in north-eastern Spain and Navarra.

For Allurity, the acquisition also adds valuable specialist expertise that can be leveraged across the wider group and its customers.
