How have your services evolved with respect to the increasingly advanced threats that exist in the current scenario?
Our services have evolved to incorporate orchestration, automation, big data, and predictive learning capabilities. This allows us to stay up-to-date with the latest threats and respond quickly and effectively to any security issues.
What needs do customers currently have compared to the past years? Have there been substantial changes?
In the past, clients mainly wanted alert services for potential security problems in their infrastructure. Today, due to the increasing number of threats, remote work, and the widespread use of connected devices, security services need to adapt to these new paradigms. We must not only respond to complex threats but also help clients with mitigation and response tasks to keep their companies safe and operational.
How are new trends in artificial intelligence improving the capabilities of cybersecurity companies?
Artificial intelligence can perform level 1 tasks, create service reports with specific conclusions based on findings, establish learning models to identify anomalies, and analyze network traffic for unusual activity. AI offers many valuable possibilities for cybersecurity companies.
How do you ensure that your team stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in cybersecurity?
We have a continuous training program for our technicians, which includes attending courses, certifications, and technical events and conferences. We encourage our team to conduct research and development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity. We also share knowledge and expertise within our team to learn from each other.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to pursue a career in cybersecurity?
Be passionate about cybersecurity, constantly learn and be curious. It requires continuous training and updating of knowledge, so be willing to learn and adapt to new threats and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective communication with clients and colleagues are essential for success in this field.
